I don’t care what kind of blog I have I will blog this no matter what.

"Craving sensation: feeling unreal" was such a huge part of the beginning of my relapse. I was convinced that people in front of me didn’t even exist and I kept touching things and trying to feel sensation. I’m reblogging because I know that that was so horrifying for me and I never want anyone else to go through it.

Just in case this can help someone. Some suggestions also seem harmful (eating a hot pepper really hurts!!!) but steps to feeling better and not self harming is most important. Sending you love and light

STOP SCROLLING! Please reblog this vitally important information because at least one of your followers is self-harming. Thank you!

Dear Women’s Health Magazine

We would really love to see Olympic Gold Medalist and Dancing With The Stars Mirrorball Trophy winner, Meryl Davis, on the cover of your magazine.

She is an amazing women with so much strength, determination, elegance, and beauty. She has inspired so many women (including myself) to take back control of their lives and strive to be healthier, fitter, and happier people.

She is an incredible role model to women of all ages. She has battled with dyslexia and depth perception issues all her life, but she has NEVER let that hold her back. She has achieved her goals despite this and continues to strive for goals she has not yet accomplished.

She is intelligent, kind, giving, hard working, down to earth, loving, and so much more! For these reasons, and many more, we would love to see her on the cover of Women’s Health. She would, without a doubt, inspire your readers just as much as she has inspired us, her fans.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and we hope to see her on the cover very soon!
